Case Nо. SIP-388/2013 on representation and protection of interests Mulina M.V. about the recognition of the patent as invalid in respect of the failure of the patent holder, M. Mulina, about the obligation of Rospatent to annul a patent for a utility model and to issue a new patent on the application, on termination of the agreement on the alienation of the exclusive right. On this case a counterclaim was filed. As a result of lengthy negotiations, the parties entered into an amicable agreement, the proceedings were dismissed in connection with the approval of the settlement agreement.
